My career was crashing and burning and I couldn’t put my finger on what the triggers were, I dropped out of my college course three months before my final exams, I withdrew from family and friends by throwing myself in to a job I hated. Sinead recognised what was happening and worked with me through each small piece, it was a long haul for me to make the changes I knew I had to make and I’m delighted to say I’m back on track. Its my life and I decide now what is important. Sinead’s empathy is key to her success and she has it in abundance.”

The life changing techniques I have learned from coaching with Sinead are now used unconsciously every day. Our team was in trouble, communication was extremely poor and we needed to find a way out. To my astonishment after our first meeting we were discussing everything but what was going on with our clients and projects – our team reconnected and shared what was present in our personal lives and impacting our performance as a result.”

A friend gave me Sinead’s business card and said “just try it”. But guys don’t do life coaching right? Wrong, it’s the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. We do our sessions on Zoom every fortnight and I never know where I will go in the session but suffice to say I leave the meeting feeling heard, empowered, relaxed and focused.”
